21th Aug., 2009, 第5天 – Silvretta
The Silvretta is a mountain range of the Central Eastern Alps shared by Tirol, Vorarlberg (both in Austria) and Graubünden (Switzerland). The Austrian states of Tirol and Vorarlberg are connected by a pass road (Silvretta Hochalpenstraße at 2032 m). The majority of the peaks are elevated above three thousand metres and are surrounded by glaciers. Thus, the area is also known as the "Blue Silvretta".
離開了 Strengen, 我們向 Silvretta 出發, 一方面去看看 Edi – Edward cousin, 也想看看他在那裡開凡的另一間酒店 Alpengasthof Madlener Haus. 我們在 Strengen 住的就是他爸爸 Egon 開的酒店, 現在已交由Edi 老婆 Lina 去打理了.
Silvretta 是歐洲人渡假聖地, 好多人去登高遠足的.
一路上都是綠油油, 還有碧綠的河川:
去到Galtur 這裡曾經發生過大型的 Avalanche disaster 所以在下圖中, 你可看到政府建造了很多很高很厚的防雪崩的牆在那些居住在靠山的市民的屋背.
來到了Alpengasthof Madlener Haus:
見到Edi 同佢個好靚的女兒, 他們都在餐廳忙到死, 做他們這行也很辛苦的:
Silvretta 內有個湖叫Silvrettasee 好靚, 只是我們去到下著雨, 很大暮, 我們什麼都看不見, Edi的酒店Madlener Haus 在湖的附近 :

Galtur- Paznaun Valley 外牆都是用小木片wooden shingles, 一片一片的釘上的, 一片一片疊起來的, 所以可防水防雪.

開去St. Anton
由看到:
Schloss Wiesberg - Edward 話兒時坐火車上學, 火車必經此橋, 而每次火車經過這古堡時, 一大班小同學便會大喊:" Castel Witch", 因為那時古堡的女主人總喜歡穿得好整齊的中古時代的服裝. Edward 最記得她的帽就像巫婆的帽, 所以大家都這樣喊她.
